Curfew has been reclamped in Kashmir after the Eid but the world media shows Indian move of scrapping Article 370 and 35A in bad shape with reports of protests and dharnas ,mostly fake ones, say authorities.

A videotape showing protests against Article 370 scrapping by BBC screened on August10 last has been termed as fabricated by the union home ministry in its tweet.

The videos shows that Kashmiri youth demand azadi and do not want the incorporation with India. The scenes show massive crowds, stoning and also gun shots in the background .

But the Union Home ministry tweeted that it was a fake video of earlier dharnas and rallies . Nit even in Srinagar but in POK .

Tne tweet said “ A news report originally published in Reuters and appeared in Dawn claims there was a protest involving 10000 people in Srinagar.

This is completely fabricated & incorrect. There have been a few stray protests in Srinagar/Baramulla and none involved a crowd of more than 20 ppl. “ says the tweet .

Meanwhile the Reliance group of Mukesh Ambani has announced its investments in J&K and Ladakh at its today’s annual General body meeting.
