Finally, after nearly ten hearings on RTC strike, the HC, coolly said – It can’t direct the government either to hold talks or take back the staff, and only request the government to show generosity like a model employer,…

.. because, it has its own “Limitations”.. and…
…Behold, ..hoped that RTC and employees would end the stand off… And having said that it simply shifted the onus on to labour commission to refer the case to labour court,…no not solve the issue,….but, to declare whether the strike is legal or illegal….

For 45 days, after ten hearings, the wise men of the Dhramaasanam realised that they and thier court has “Limitations”…

Can anyone ask it, if it had limitations and could not deal the case in any which way, why had it entertained and took up the hearing in first place and how in the “Me Lord”s name it directed the government to submit affidavit after affidavit…

No doubt, Courts in our country for all thier patchy history – was at least formally committed to the protection of justice as thier primary task,…
…are now turning into institutions that speak the language of the executive, and has become indistinguishable from the executive..

They are no more places of Justice, but, Executive Courts. No doubt…

Justice is abstract and Law is a fact….

The Jury is “Out”, long live the Court
