IT professionals in the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are protesting the arrest of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, who they say is being framed by the current government.

Naidu was arrested on September 9, 2023, on charges of corruption in the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) scam. The scam allegedly involved the misappropriation of funds from the APSSDC, which is a government agency that provides training and employment opportunities to youth in Andhra Pradesh.
